Why are we so self-destructive?As human beings, we are wired to survive in a very powerful way, which colours every thought we think and every act we do. As a result, most people live in varying degrees from a need to control and to anticipate every possible circumstance in life in order to keep themselves and their loved ones safe. If you really think about it, this survival instinct can keep us from the closeness, authenticity and happiness that we truly wish for ourselves and in our relationships.
I want my life back!If you sometimes feel or even resent the realisation that you may have lost or missed out on many of the more important things in your life to everyday busyness, this training may be of value to you. It offers you a different approach to how you can relate to your self and to everything around you in life—other people, the things you live with, your thoughts, your feelings and this world that you find yourself in.
