I had gained so much value from the Advanced Living Series - it was an experience of completion and arrival at where I was and who I am. Yet, sometime after I had graduated my Legacy, I felt as if there was something more that was still missing. I realised that even as I achieved my goals, I still did not really feel the satisfaction I expected to feel. I also thought that I should be able to handle the breakdowns in my actions much better. So, I got myself into both the Masters Course and Personal Mastery in the same year! In the Masters Course I began to see myself in the moment - my emotions, my judgments, my beliefs, and the conversations running through my head - even as I am taking action and engaging with other people. Anger and disappointment tended to come up in my work, when I know that things are not going exactly the way I expect. In that very moment I experience my anger welling up from within, and can remind myself that anger was not working. I start practising getting clear about what was happening with me and that has helped me handle the emotions, judgments and beliefs that I discovered in my inner self. As time goes by, I can more easily notice the emotions, feelings and judgements in me, and now within the shortest time I am able to find my solution for handling everything and found this to be the solution for everything.
