Douglas Alex Chee
Douglas is a Master Trainer specializing in Experiential Education for the transformational training industry. He has trained in Hong Kong, Taipei, China, Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. He is a co-founder and the Principal Trainer of Milestone Trainings.
Douglas was the Regional Director for Southeast Asia for a large experiential training company and its affiliates in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Along with the recruiting, developing, and managing of the staff and business in each country, Douglas became an accredited senior Trainer and was awarded Master Trainer Status in March 2005. He has also served as country manager for Malaysia and Singapore during his 9 years stint with the company.
Douglas trains Discovery, Transformation, Legacy (Leadership), Power Of Intimacy, Mastery, Shoshin (Odyssey), Teenage Workshops, LEAP (Abundance and Prosperity), Relationships, Communications and Sexuality.
He is authorised by Keith Bentz to lead Shoshin (Odyssey) and Sylvia Badasci to lead the Relationships Workshop.
Douglas played a vital and pivotal role in writing, developing and training the Character Building Module of the Malaysian National Service Programme for the Government of Malaysia, which included the design and delivery of the Training Of Trainers component. He has trained thousands in leadership, breakthrough, awareness, communications and relationships throughout Asia.
Earlier in his career, he worked as the division manager for an Integrated Marketing Communications company and as a consultant to a Publishing Firm, specializing in hiring, training, and managing employees in the areas of publications and media. He also co-founded the Malaysian Medical Tribune, the largest medical newspaper in Malaysia.
He studied part-time and received his Master of Business Administration in Advanced Strategic Management in October 2002. He enjoys reading non-fiction and spending time with his family. He was also certified stuntman.
He is currently training all over Asia while offering these powerful courses in Malaysia as well.

Schultz, PhD, Harvard University, as well as other eminent academicians in applied behavioral sciences such as Dr. Ray Blanchard, PhD and Dr. John E. Jones of Organizational Universal Systems.
Eli is a Canadian citizen and a permanent resident of Japan, based in Tokyo.
Transformation trainer Sylvia Badasci, M.A., is a world-renowned facilitator of personal growth and development. She has facilitated workshops and seminars in Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Chile, Russia, Mexico and Spain.
Her skill of fiercely holding her students accountable for their lives, along with her enormous love and compassion for the human condition, makes her a much beloved teacher on four continents. Studies with the Jung Institute in Einseidlen, Switzerland, and a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University enhance her 25+ years of direct experience “on the training floor”.

A graduate of Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo, Sylvia created and facilitates the popular Relationships workshop, mentors aspiring trainers, coaches executive teams and works with her peers to update training seminars and write and produce manuals.

Kathy received her undergraduate degree in Psychology Magna Cum Laude, and was planning a career in Psychology. She completed her post graduate work at the world renowned Coaches Training Institute. Michael Rosso is a highly skilled professional facilitator and coach who has worked with more than 50,000 people worldwide in the areas of personal awareness, leadership development, high-performance team building and coaching for over 25 years.
He has designed and delivered continuing experiential education workshops throughout the United States, Russia, Latvia, Holland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, China and Mexico. His work supports and empowers individuals, business executives, educators and youth to realize more of their potential by developing visions and goals and becoming accountable for enhancing their own personal effectiveness. Michael delivers the Discovery Training, Personal Mastery and Master The Mental Game for Golf.
He began work in experiential education after a career as an opera singer in the United States and Europe, and he brings to his work a deep understanding and practice of effective coaching relationships.
As an athlete and youth sports coach, Michael has broad experience with both individual and team coaching dynamics. In keeping with his passion for all things athletic, he has founded Master the Mental Game, a coaching and development practice dedicated to the principles of mastery in sport.
Michael has been licensed to provide One-on One Coaching for HeartMath®, a program he uses with golfers and students to help them develop a practice of focus and calm in reaching their highest capabilities.
Michael completed his undergraduate work in English Literature at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and post-graduate work in music at the University of California, Los Angles, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. He is based in Northern California.
Keith Bentz is a master trainer, training designer, and trainer of trainers, with more than 30 years experience in the field of transformational education.
Keith began his career teaching at the university level, completing his undergraduate and graduate work in Ancient Greek Language, Literature, and Philosophy at Stanford University, and teaching at Stanford and Boston Universities.
In 1980, Keith left the academic world to work in the field of personal transformation. He has personally led workshops for more than 60,000 people in the US, Canada, Asia, Europe, Russia, and Latin and South America, assisting men and women to achieve their full potential for success and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives. He is certified to lead Discovery, Transformation, Personal Mastery, and the Samurai Game Workshop. Keith is the author of Shoshin (Odyssey), a 6-month journey of harmony and inner peace.
Besides his work in personal transformation, Keith has designed and led workshops for a wide range of multinational corporations in leadership, teamwork, communication, and creativity. Joyce Christie is the owner of Peak Performance Services in San Rafael, California, which is founded on the premise that the amazing potential in human interconnection is virtually unlimited and, when fostered, can produce extraordinary results.
Joyce is a Certified Effectiveness Coach (CEC), a Master NeuroLinguistic Programmer, and is a masterful international training facilitator. Her array of skills and accomplishments, grounded in communication technology and human transformation, gives her an astonishing ability to connect with people of differing ages, cultures, backgrounds and beliefs to help them improve their lives and communities.

Lynne E. Sheridan
Lynne Sheridan has trained transformational trainings since 1995, and has coached students in Chile, Mexico, Russia, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and throughout the United States. In addition to working full time in personal effectiveness trainings, Lynne has also continued her full time position as a Creative Director for a political fundraising firm.
She has over 27 years of political and charitable marketing experience. In that capacity, she works with politicians, charities and political organizations to raise money for their causes. Lynne’s ideas have not only earned her clients millions of dollars but also won numerous POLY awards in the Direct Mail Fundraising industry. Lynne graduated from the University of Redlands with a double degree in Political Science and Creative Writing.
She has a Certificate in Transpersonal Studies from the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology, expanding her understanding of the spiritual existence of humanity as well as the varied expressions of that spirituality. Lynne has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, participates in an array of transformational and philosophically-inspired trainings on a consistent basis, as well as being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
In her work as a transformational trainer, Lynne coaches’ people in achieving their dreams, producing extraordinary results in their lives as well as developing leadership and communication skills to effectively inspire others. Lynne is the wife of an amazing artist and the mother of a 14 year-old boy and an 11 year-old girl, who consistently serve as teachers to her as well as a constant source of inspiration.
Jon Man has more than 20 years’ experience in designing and leading indoor and outdoor experiential training programs in team building, leadership, change management, and communication for businesses in Asia and worldwide. As the Director for Corporate Business for a large Asian based training and consultancy organization he developed a wide range of skills and experience in working with multi nationals. He is also an experienced executive coach, and has assisted top managers in a wide range of businesses to clarify vision, mission, values, and corporate strategies for growth.
Jon’s background lies in business and engineering. After beginning his career at a major manufacturing organization, he founded a small independent venture capital company in Hong Kong, launching six successful new businesses. Since becoming a corporate trainer and facilitator in 1994, Jon has assisted some of the world’s leading corporations and government agencies in the areas of leadership development, teambuilding, corporate transformation, and management competency. For Cathay Pacific Airways in Hong Kong, Jon designed and delivered experiential workshops in communication and teamwork for over 700 in-flight service crew and ground staff, as well as a “Train the Trainer” program for Cathay’s in-house trainers.
For Nokia Telecommunications, Jon worked with leaders in Helsinki, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, UK and South East Asia to train the top 10% of the company (3000 people worldwide) to be more effective in the rapidly changing and competitive technology industry. And for Chase/JP Morgan Private Banking, he worked as a trainer and coach over a period of 4 years on projects ranging from team building to change management to executive development. Other clients include ABN Amro, HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Mattel, Accenture, and many others.
Jon is one of a handful of trainers in Asia who has earned certification from the American Association of Challenge Course Trainers (ACCT) in the USA to conduct outdoor action-based learning programs. This has been useful in the development of children’s programs and “Kid’s Camps” of which he has delivered a number in China and Hong Kong. The topics covered in these include creativity, life skills, caring for the environment and personal responsibility.
He and his Scottish wife currently live in Hong Kong. He recently got certified to lead the Samurai Game.
Bill Dean is a Master Trainer who has worked in the field of Personal Transformation since 1978. Bill has facilitated trainings throughout the United States, in Latin America and Asia.
Bill has spent many years working with teenagers and parents. Over the last twenty years he has assisted over 25,000 teens and parents create a new family dynamic through the process of healing their own individual issues that leads people to dysfunction. From 2004 through 2009 Bill ran his own specialty school for “troubled” teenage boys at a facility next to his and his wife’s house in the Rocky Mountains.
Bill brings his passion and compassion to all of his work. He leads the Discovery and Mastery trainings as well as providing teen trainings and Parent Workshops.
